  1. Thank you for your effort. Great link. I will save the PDF files before they are deleted. They made such nice boats back in the days. In the link they also mention a facebook link for Crescent enthousiasts. I will ask there to. The long number in the mold is for boats after 94? Ik think the 501 would be late 70s.
  2. Hi all! My name is Bastiaan and I'm from the Netherlands. My wife and I recently bought this old Crescent 501 hardtop boat. When we saw it, we immediately fell in love with it. We decided to buy it and make it solid and pretty again so we can enjoy it for many years. Currently, I am filling all the dents and scuffs on the keel with Epoxy filler. My wife will redo the seats and pillows with new fabric. I'm very curious how old this boat is. I already contacted Crescent (Cremo) but they have no info about the older boats. I found the Crescent 505 which looks like the 501 in a brochure, but no sing of the 501. Does someone know more about the production of the 501? Any other info or pictures? Also, I am curious how many horsepower it could hold. It currently has a 1998 8HP Yamaha 4 stroke (43KG). They cut the rear to fit the bigger 4-stroke and laminate the transom with heavy plastic plates. Thank you for reading. Sorry it's in English!
