Här är en guide hur man lägger till L1/L2 på Garmins VHF-modeller 100i och 200i. Den finns (vad jag vet) inte någon stans på nätet.

Using the VHF 100i and VHF 200i to Program Private Channel Sets

You can program a private channel set using the radio. When you add private channels using the radio to the current International frequency bands. The radio provides only a basic interface for adding private channels. If you require additional programming capabilities, use the Garmin VHF Radio Programmer. The Qatar and United Arab Emirates private channel sets can only be programmed using the Garmin VHF Radio Programmer.

 

Private channels are inserted at the end of normal radio channels as showing in the following example:

 

·          Private channels added: F1, F2, F3

·          Channel ordering on the radio: 87 > 88 > F1 > F2 > F3 > 1 > 2

 

To add a private channel set:

1. While pressing and holding the left soft key on the radio, press the PWR key to power on the unit. The screen displays “ENTER PASSCODE:”.

2.  Use the Channel knob to enter the passcode: GARMINVHF.

3.  Select OK to acknowledge the warning message.

4.  Select PRIVATE CH..

5.  Select a private channel set from the list. Select NONE to clear a private channel set you have added.

The following table indicates the channel sets that you can add using the radio.
