Varning för bluffare på köp & sälj

Här kommer en klassisk bluff som inträffade mig idag via en annons här på Maringuiden.

Jag har en köpes-annons inlagd där jag är ute efter en rep-handbok till en Mariner 5HK.

Idag fick jag följande svar:

Dear Seller,
i am interested in buying your above advertised lovely Boat for my daughter,i have been looking for this brand and colour for a long time, what is the last price in euro? my daughter will love it, please sell it to me. please reply soon with the last price in euro for it so i can make payment. i will take care of the shipping professionally for safety. i need this Boat.urgent response will be highly appreciated. my regards to your family.

Detta är klassisk scam där köparen skickar pengar utan täckning...

I just detta fallet så har köparen inte fattat att jag är vill köpa en bok, och inte sälja en båt :-)

It is meant for a wedding gift to our daughter, we do not want her to know about it, we want it to be a surprise. She is getting married in Italy soon. Due to my tight schedule/programs and to avoid additional cost, I may not be able to come physically to see/test/observe it before payment, but I am ok with the details on the advert and I am paying for it as described and I accept that you sell it to me in it present good condition.

I'll make arrangement for the shipping personally, I will contact a shipping company I know very well in Italy to come for the pick up when everything is ok. All you have to do when you get the cheque is to take it to your bank or any finance institute for deposit and exchange, as soon as the money is credited on your account, deduct your payment, I will provide you with all details and instructions of my shipping company. The shipping company will sign on my behalf as my representative and collect all document including change of ownership. He will transport it alongside my other medical items and wedding gifts I already purchased. I do hope I can trust you with this transaction, I would have done this myself but I am trying to put up my private clinic presently.

hahaa...jag fick samma förra året.....

Jag spann vidare på det å det kom en chek till slut via posten.den var ju såklart falsk...

sen så ringde en herre samma dag och sa att jag måste ta 1000 euro av dessa pengar å skicka dom via western union ASAP! ??? då frågade jag honom varför han inte skickade pengarna från första början på detta sett? men det unvek han hela tiden att svara på.....

Så en sammanfattning:

telenummret han ringde ifrån var Kenya,

brevet som innehöll cheken var stämplad i Madrid

Cheken kom från en bank i Skottland

Namnet och kontot på cheken tillhörde en man i Tyskland....

Man undrar om verkligen människor går på sånt här....

Hi to all sorry its in english .......SCAM yes its bad  I have a Lekstuga on Blocket some one from Turkey wants to buy it so he has sent me a cheque for 1200 euros ..the lekstuga is 4500:-  I have to pay the transport and bank fees with the rest Does he think we are stupid

First he says in Swedish do i speak english then he lives in Turkey then the chequeis from a French bank and posted in Cyprus and when I tell him Iam not going to put the cheque in the bank he rings me and he is from Nigeria ..Yes i gave him my number so beware of

Ett vanligt scenario är att det faktiskt komemr in pengar på ditt konto.

Problemet är att bedragaren har lurat någon annan att betala för en vara hn inte får. De pengar du fått kommer altså från en tredje person som givetvis kommer att kräva, och få, tillbaka de pengrna han har lagt ut. Som säljare står man sedan utan båt och utan pengar i slutänden.

Jag hade kontakt med en polack om detta förra året, han skulle själv komma och hämta min gamla 21-fotare med lastbil och ville betala i förskott. Jag sade att jag endast accepterade betalning kontant i SEK, till slut gav han upp.

Det är ett känt trick, ofattbart att det fortfarande kan fungera  (dvs att skicka ett check på belopp 10 ggr högre än priset). Men stora pengar gör kanske folk förblindade ??

Jag har fått ett gäng mail från en Wood Dickson i NY, USA som vill köpa min båt. Han har gjort en temporary transaktion till Paypal. Jag ska bara åka till ett Western Union och betala 8000 för fraktfirman för att dom ska slutföra betalningen.

Tack för att alla påpekar att man kan bli lurad här... banker kan alltså säga till säljaren så att man tror att det är säkert, dvs att pengar finns på kontot... sedan så upptäcker banken att det är något fel och tar tillbaka pengarna! Då står man som säljare verkligen där med lång näsa...

Jag vill bidraga med en varning från en annan site jag följer (om bilar) där köparen säger via mail att han kommer att betala via PayPal. Normalt anses det som en väldigt säker metod. Men inte i detta fall!

För köparen skickar nämligen SJÄLV en förfalskad bekräftelse, ser ut som PayPals,  till  säljarens mailadress att betalning är gjord. Tror man på detta så kan man luras att skicka iväg den produkt man vill sälja... sedan kommer aldrig någon utbetalning från PayPal. Mailet uppges vara en skicklig förfalskning... Så kollar man inte aktivt själv med PayPal utan tror på mailet så kan man bli lurad.

Ett sätt att lura luraren är då att uppge en annan mailadress än den som man normalt använder för PayPal. Kommer då ÄNDÅ en bekräftelse till den nya adressen så vet man!

Nu är de på gång igen. Fick ett mejl i går 5/4 från någon som heter Leon Parker i London som vill köpa min båt. Utan att ens komma och titta på den, bara där undrar man ju. Och i mejlet skriver han i stort sett samma som ja hitills har läst i övriga mejl här ovan.Vill betala med kort via paypal och han står för transporten. Låter ju hur bra som helst. Ja ställde frågan här på Maringuiden tidigare i dag och fick snapt ett svar om att detta är troligtvis svindleri på gång. Gick då ut och letade via olika sajter och fann att så är fallet. Så de är bara å lägga ner de och hoppas att ingen går på detta.

Bästa är egentligen att maila tillbaka med kopia sänt till polis och tullmyndigheterna både i sverige och det land som mailet kommer ifrån. Lär avskräcka
